At Greenhouse we collaborated with Avonmore to create and launch a new food service brand for their cream range in the lucrative Chinese market. We worked together to create a premium brand and strategic plan that would resonate with this audience of chefs and buyers in the bakery and hospitality markets.
This product will be used by some of the top pastry chefs in the world and as such the look and feel needed to reflect this premium space. We wanted the pack to tell the story of Avonmore, of the cream, the food and most importantly the Irish landscape from which it came. We created a brand Marque and design that cascades across multiple formats and platforms from packaging to brochures, trade stands and digital.
Another large part of this project was to work with Avonmore to secure a suitable Brand Ambassador for Avonmore Professional Cream. Aoife Noonan, Head pastry chef at Irelands only 2 star Michelin restaurant, was selected for her many awards and experience.
We created storyboards and art directed recipe videos, technical videos and a brand video for the Avonmore brand to ensure the brand had relevant and impactful content to share online.
The brand was launched at Bake China 2019 – the largest bakery trade show in Asia and it was very well received by the professional audience that Avonmore set out to attract, setting the scene for Avonmore Professional to become a major player in this space.
