BFree has grown into a global powerhouse in the ‘free-from’ category, operating in over 21 markets while staying true to its core belief that taste and quality should never be compromised. BFree partnered with us to refresh its brand identity starting with a bold packaging redesign and subsequently transforming its digital presence to create a seamless and engaging brand experience across web, social and marketing channels.

We developed and rolled out a holistic brand refresh, beginning with a fresh, vibrant pack design that enhanced brand visibility, dialled up flavour and taste cues and ensured consistency across markets.

With a distinctive new look established, we amplified BFree’s presence through digital. We created a compelling brand video that encapsulated BFree’s essence – delicious, innovative and better-for-you products that fit seamlessly into everyday life. This became a key storytelling asset, reinforcing the brand’s positioning across digital platforms.

We redesigned the BFree website, focusing on a more intuitive and engaging user experience and enhanced storytelling. Enhanced with dedicated landing pages for campaigns and product launches, we wanted to ensure seasonal and new product launches had a strong digital presence.

Greenhouse created an engaging social and digital strategy with clear content styling and social guidelines to drive engagement and deliver consistency across platforms.

A strong digital presence requires continuous engagement. We implemented regular mailers to reach global audiences, keeping BFree top of mind and supporting key brand moments to drive conversion.
